Season
Challenging weather conditions during the ripening period were overcome with lots of hard work and attention in the vineyards to ensure pristine fruit. The slow extended ripening period has delivered beautifully balances wines - light fresh white wines with great natural acidity.

Harvest Date February/March 2023

Winemaking
Fruit is hand picked and chilled overnight. The following day the grapes were tipped as whole bunches directly into our press and gently pressed off into a tank. Natural settling occurred overnight and the cloudy juice was then sent to French oak barrels twenty-four hours later. Wild fermentation was completed in barrel and allowed to mature on its own lees for six months, with minimal stirring during this time, to maintain freshness and natural acidity.

Tasting Notes

Wonderfully fragrant with notes of pear, nougat and honeysuckle the palate is delicious with lime, peach and lovely length. Enjoy now whilst the fruit flavours are in their prime.
