Made with tempranillo and grenache grapes from the Frankland River Region of Western Australia. This Rosé is delicate, yet lively, with rose petal and raspberry on the nose. The palate is crisp, fresh and full of lemonade spritz. Delicious!

Vineyards
We source a single vineyard in the Frankland River Region for this wine. This region is perfectly suited to producing many red and white varieties due to its continental climate combined with low vigour and moderate ripening conditions. A cool climate region which results in wines with elegance and structure.

Season
Challenging weather conditions during the ripening period were overcome with lots of hard work and attention in the vineyards to ensure pristine fruit. The slow extended ripening period has delivered beautifully balances wines - light fresh white wines with great natural acidity.

Harvest Date Mid March 2023

Winemaking
Harvested during the cool of the night, the juice in then soaked on skins for 5 hours prior to the juice being pressed off to a holding tank. Cold fermentation in stainless tanks ensures that the fruit flavours and aromas are conserved in the finished wine.

Tasting Notes
This Rosé has a bouquet packed full of strawberries and cream. The palate is crisp, lively, and full of lemonade spritz. Delicious!
