Amelia Park named on Matthew Jukes Annual 100 Best Australian Wines List.

Regarded as one of the world’s leading wine experts, Matthew has been working in the wine trade since 1987. He hosts corporate and consumer wine tastings all over the world as well as writing a weekly column for MoneyWeek and the Daily Mail. With over 9 million readers each weekend, Matthew has the most keenly followed wine column in the UK.

Matthew writes; " The debut appearance for Amelia Park comes in the form of this spectacular Reserve Cabernet. This is a mighty wine with structure, intent and pomp and it only took a moment for me to recognise the impressive nature of this hero and give it a VVIP pass into the inner sanctum of this year's 100 Best. This is a big fellow using a large whack of oak as well as employing the dastardly duo Petit Verdot and Malbec to increase the muscle and menace. I urge you to exercise restraint with this stately wine because there is a lot of grip which needs to ameliorate but I am delighted to find a wine of this calibre from an estate which I have circled around for a few years but never quite felt the need to pounce on. Three cheers for Amelia (endeavouring not to show any bias to this lovely name)!" We are very proud to be named in Matthew Jukes Top 100 Best Australian Wines and hope you enjoy the wine as much as Matthew has.
