These prime conditions allowed for a long, balance growing season resulting in pristine fruit with great concentration and vibrant natural acidity. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHarvest Date \u003c\/strong\u003eFebruary\/March 2026\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWinemaking \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003eFruit is hand picked and chilled overnight. The following day the grapes were tipped as whole bunches directly into our press and gently pressed off into a tank. Natural settling occurred overnight and the cloudy juice was then sent to French oak barrels twenty-four hours later.
