  • Matured for 12 months in French oak, it has a scented allspice and Cherry Ripe bouquet, moving smartly to blackcurrant, blackberry and licorice on the medium to full-bodied palate; it's fruit-driven, but there's still room for a wave from the oak, and a salute from the tannins.
